Between two kings, the difference was so stark
Seen through the remnants of their glorious marks
Both had crafted their legacies grand
When the marble stone divided their land
Was it the beauty of sight or a flaw in their hearts
Zaid’s empire thrived, while illusions played their parts
Wrapped in a white shroud, the Zaid Mosque smiled
While the Taj Mahal mourned in ruins compiled
Greetings, O Zaid, may Allah’s mercy be upon you
The reward shall endure amidst the prayer’s cue
Alas, Aafri, we cannot find such noble reigns
Lost, we wander amidst time’s passing strains
